The management reserves the
right to reject an application without assigning any reason.

Requisite fees shall have to be
paid along with the application form for consideration of admission by the
management.

No refund of course fees will be
made under any circumstances.

Certificate will be awarded only
to those candidates who are successfulin the final examination.

Certificate will be awarded to
successful candidates after three months from the date of announcement of
results.

The order of the governing
body/Director of the Institute regarding examination/result and disciplinary
action is absolute and binding upon each and every student.

Any dispute is to be settled at
a Kolkata court only.
